Gretchen’s inherent business acumen, unparalleled business and legal work ethic, coupled with her natural ability to strategize and analytical skills, combine to provide her clients with unrivaled legal advice and representation.
Gretchen is a very passionate attorney and business entrepreneur with over 20 years of working experience in the real estate industry including owning a mortgage, real estate and five star rated title company for over five years. Her real estate experience includes commercial and residential sales, commercial leasing, commercial and residential lending, and contract negotiations. In addition, Gretchen also worked with foreign investors through the EB-5 Immigrant Visa Program for over seven years, which gave her an in depth understanding of the economic challenges faced by clients in foreign countries.
While Gretchen is originally from Puerto Rico, she has resided in Orlando, Florida for over 25 years, where she attended Nova Southeastern University, graduating with Bachelor of Science in Finance & Economics, and an MBA Cert. in International Finance.
While at Nova University, she made the Dean’s List and joined the Honor’s society. Gretchen’s passion for law came after her own personal experience of being involved in a horrific car accident with her two kids on board, and after almost losing a loved one to cancer due to a misdiagnosis. She then attended Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law at Barry University in Orlando, Florida graduating with a Juris Doctorate.
While in law school, Gretchen was the Vice President of the American Constitution Society, and she also had the opportunity to intern, and then become a Law Clerk, at the Office of the Attorney General in their Orlando office supporting the Attorney in Chief in their Economic Crimes and Deceptive Marketing division. However, more importantly, it is Gretchen’s passion for helping others and her belief that one must give back to the community that sets her apart from others in her field.
Her passion for helping other’s is greatly motivated by her own personal experiences and cultural background. Hence, for the past 14 years, she has been an active volunteer and Board Member at Hi Kid Foundation N.A., devoting her time to improving the lives of children undergoing cancer treatment and other terminal illnesses.
